Wound closure tape is used as an alternative to stitches for minor wounds. Using wound closure tape helps speed up wound healing and reduces the chance of scarring on the skin's surface. It protects fresh wounds from external elements and maintains internal moisture beneath the wound's surface. Instructions for use: Clean the wound thoroughly. Peel back one end of the tape (Image 1) on the back of the box. Place one end of the tape on one side of the wound (Image 2) on the back of the box. Pull the tape to the other end to bring the edges of the wound closer together and minimize the distance between them as much as possible (Image 3) on the back of the box. Secure the tape firmly after bringing the edges of the wound together (Image 4) on the back of the box.
